Q1: How should I fill in the ride time?

Airport Drop-off Service: Please enter the time you would like the driver to arrive at the pickup location.
Airport pickup service Drivers will track flights in real-time and provide up to 90 minutes of free waiting time based on the "actual flight arrival time." If you require a specific pick-up time (e.g., to have a meal at the airport or set up a SIM card), please add a note when booking.

Q2: Can I add a stop midway?

Yes. When filling out the reservation form, if there are other pick-up/drop-off locations, please include the addresses. The system will automatically calculate the additional charges based on the distance.

Q3: How can I determine which car model is right for me?

The system will recommend a four-seater, six-seater, or nine-seater vehicle based on the number of people and luggage you provide. If you have a lot of luggage or prefer more space, we recommend choosing a vehicle class one level higher than the number of people. Imported vehicles are slightly more expensive and are suitable for customers who enjoy a light luxury and high-quality travel experience.

Q4: Are there car seat options available for families with children?

Yes. You can choose regulatory-compliant infant car seats, child car seats, or booster seats in the "Add-ons" section. The actual cost will depend on the items selected in the system.

Q5: Can I specify a particular model within the same class?

Yes. There is an additional charge of 300 yuan for specifying a particular vehicle model, and this guarantees a successful reservation. If you do not specify a model, our customer service team will do their best to arrange your preferred model, but availability cannot be guaranteed. There is no additional charge for this preference-recording service.

Q6: Will there be an additional charge for flights that depart overnight or in the middle of the night?

No. CozyGo offers a 24-hour flat rate; whether it’s late at night, early in the morning, or during peak hours, the price is exactly as listed in the rate schedule—there are no additional nighttime surcharges or meter fees.

Q7: Will the driver help with luggage? What if I have a lot of luggage?

All drivers offer a "free luggage loading and unloading" service.
